How we work
You’ll know what we’re changing before we change it.
We diagnose the lifecycle you have, agree on the work, build it, test it, and leave you with a documented system, not a black box.
Engagement plan
The work gets clearer before it gets bigger.
- 01Diagnose
We review what exists, what customers are doing, where things are breaking down, and what is worth changing.
- 02Plan
We turn that into an engagement plan with deliverables, boundaries, timing, responsibilities, and how the work will be evaluated.
- 03Build
We do the agreed implementation in the approved stack and keep decisions attached to the work.
- 04QA
We test the agreed paths, record approvals and verify the conditions that need to be true before launch.
- 05Handoff
We hand back documented work, the agreed measurement plan and a clear support boundary.
The engagement plan is specific on purpose.
You see what is included, what depends on you, how review works and what would require a new scope decision before delivery starts.
- 01Deliverables
- What we are making or changing, who owns it, who approves it and what acceptance looks like.
- 02Boundaries
- What is included, what is not and where a separate decision or scope would be needed.
- 03Timing
- The planned sequence, dependencies and review points that can move the schedule.
- 04Price
- A fixed price for the agreed scope.
- 05Changes
- How revisions are handled and what happens when a request changes the agreed scope.
- 06Support
- What is covered after handoff and when that support window ends.
Pricing is project-based.
We scope the work after we understand what actually needs to change.
What changes the scope
- 01Current-state complexity
- 02Implementation depth
- 03Existing tools, data and access
- 04Number and type of deliverables
- 05Dependencies and review speed
- 06Third-party or vendor costs where applicable
Each project has a fixed price for the agreed scope.
Who does the work.
We lead the strategy, implementation, QA, and handoff in the engagement. Specialist work outside that is quoted on its own rather than quietly folded in.
We work in the existing approved ESP, CRM and template environment unless the engagement plan says otherwise. Access, assets, data context and timely review remain shared dependencies.
Launch is a checkpoint, not a promise of a result.
Check the path before it goes live.
We verify the scoped logic, content states, suppression conditions and required approvals before production changes are treated as complete.
Read what the available data can actually support.
If there is not enough volume for a clean comparison, we tell you before you rely on the result.
Keep a defined post-handoff window.
Our default support window is 10 business days after handoff unless the engagement plan says otherwise.
What you can see is enough.
We’ll review it and reply within one business day.
